摘要
目的分析在普外科新护士带教中开展层次培训的方法及效果。方法选择该院普外科从2018年1月—2020年5月间接收的80名已获得护士职业资格证的新护士进行研究,依照随机数表法将所有新护士分成两组,分别为对比组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),给予对比组新护士应用常规临床教学模式,给予观察组新护士在常规临床教学模式的基础上,开展层次培训教学,统计并对比两组新护士在实施不同教学方案后的理论知识成绩与实际操作成绩,再评估两组新护士的临床护理质量与护理满意度。结果通过对两组实施不同的培训与教学,观察组新护士的理论知识成绩与实际操作成绩均明显高过对比组,观察组新护士的各项临床护理质量评分均更优于对比组,且该组新护士的护理教学满意度亦相较于对比组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对普外科新护士实施常规临床带教过程当中,加施层次培训教学,可显著提高新护士理论知识与实际操作的成绩与水平,提升临床护理质量与护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the methods and effects of level training in the teaching of new nurses in general surgery.Methods A total of 80 new nurses who had obtained a nurse vocational qualification certificate received in this hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected for research.According to the random number table method,all new nurses were divided into two groups,which were the comparison group(n=40)compared with the observation group(n=40),new nurses in the comparison group were given routine clinical teaching mode,and new nurses in the observation group were given level training and teaching based on the routine clinical teaching mode.Statistics and comparisons between the two groups of new nurses after the nurses had implemented different teaching programs,their theoretical knowledge scores and practical performance scores,and then evaluate the clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of new nurses.Results Through the implementation of different training and teaching for the two groups,the theoretical knowledge performance and practical performance of the new nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the comparison group,and the clinical nursing quality scores of the new nurses in the observation group were better than those of the comparison group.Moreover,the nursing teaching satisfaction of new nurses in this group was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of routine clinical teaching for new nurses in general surgery,additional level of training and teaching can significantly improve the performance and level of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of new nurses,and improve clinical nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
