摘要 目的分析PBL教学模式应用于EICU护理查房中的效果。方法研究样本70名选取于该院EICU 2018年10月—2020年8月间实习的护生。根据入科时间分为分析组(n=35)、对照组(n=35)。为对照组护生实施传统护理查房模式,为分析组护生开展PBL教学护理查房模式。对比分析两组考核成绩、护理查房满意度、教学模式认可程度、护理查房胜任能力。结果分析组护生分析能力、认知能力、思维能力、求知能力、探究能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组护生满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组护生教学模式新颖、教学方法灵活、激发学习兴趣、临床问题解决能力显著提升认可度评分相比对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组实习生病历书写、沟通技能、护理诊断、护理态度、查体技能、面谈技能、护理查房胜任能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式应用于EICU护理查房中能够取得较为理想的护理查房效果,有效提升护生考核成绩,提高其对护理查房教学模式的满意度、认可度,推广应用价值显著。 Objective To analyze the effect of PBL teaching model applied in EICU nursing rounds.Methods A sample of 70 nursing students was selected from the EICU in the hospital from October 2018 to August 2020.The included cases were divided into analysis group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to the time of admission.Implement the traditional nursing ward rounds model for the control group of nursing students,and carry out the PBL teaching nursing ward rounds model for the analysis group of nursing students.Comparative analysis of the two groups of assessment results,satisfaction of nursing rounds,recognition of teaching mode,and competence of nursing rounds.Results Analysis ability,cognitive ability,thinking ability,knowledge seeking ability and inquiry ability of nursing students in the analysis group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of nursing students in the analysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Nursing students had a novel teaching model,flexible teaching methods,stimulate learning interest,and significantly improve their clinical problem-solving ability;the recognition score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the analysis group trainees’medical record writing,communication skills,nursing diagnosis,and nursing attitude,physical examination skills,interview skills,and competence in nursing rounds were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching model in EICU nursing rounds can achieve ideal results of nursing rounds,effectively improve the assessment results of nursing students,and increase their satisfaction and recognition of the teaching model of nursing rounds.The promotion and application value is significant.
