基于云计算的儿童口腔窝沟封闭系统的开发应用

摘要 目的开发并应用基于云计算的儿童口腔健康管理系统,为儿童口腔健康和相关适宜技术开展提供数字化监测平台。方法该系统针对2014年1月—2020年12月浙江省儿童口腔健康状况,基于云计算技术,开发PC和移动端双端口的浙江省儿童口腔健康管理系统。结果2014年浙江省正式开展适龄儿童窝沟封闭工作,设计开发儿童窝沟封闭信息系统。系统已运行七年,覆盖11个市,各市均由1名项目管理人员负责质量控制。目前,已有一万多名医生使用该系统,服务学生2950337名,封闭牙齿6411235颗,其中初查封闭2943819颗,复查封闭3467416颗牙齿。结论系统的开发和不断升级,使窝沟封闭工作得到信息化管理,规范了窝沟封闭的操作流程,提高了全省窝沟封闭工作的效率和质量,为今后的工作开展提供有效的保障。 Objective To develop and apply a cloud computing-based children's oral health management system to provide a digital monitoring platform for children's oral health and related appropriate technology development.Methods Based on cloud computing technology,this system aims at the oral health status of children in Zhejiang Province from January 2014 to December 2020,and develops a PC and mobile terminal dual-port oral health management system for Zhejiang children.Results In 2014,Zhejiang Province officially launched the pit and fissure closure of school-age children,and designed and developed a children’s pit and fissure closure information system.The system has been in operation for seven years,covering 11 cities,and each city has a project manager responsible for quality control.At present,more than 10000 doctors have used the system,serving 2950337 students,and 6411235 closed teeth,of which 2943819 were closed for initial inspection and 3467416 were closed for re-examination.Conclusion The development and continuous upgrading of the system has enabled the information management of pit and fissure sealing,standardized the operation process of pit and fissure sealing,improved the efficiency and quality of the pit and fissure sealing work in the province,and provided effective guarantee for future work.
