基于精细化管理模式提高行政职能部门管理效能

摘要 目的探讨精细化管理模式在提高行政职能部门管理效能中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月—2020年7月该院25名行政人员作为研究对象,其中2018年6月—2019年5月为精细化管理实施前,2019年6月—2020年7月为精细化管理实施后。比较精细化管理实施前后行政管理满意度、行政人员工作积极性、行政人员工作能力以及行政部门的管理效果。结果实施后行政管理满意度为96.00%,高于实施前的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后行政人员工作积极性高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后工作态度、工作效率、工作质量评分分别为(88.63±3.18)分、(89.17±1.12)分、(94.09±2.17)分,均高于实施前的(79.96±5.43)分、(82.68±2.39)分、(83.35±2.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后行政职能部门管理效能评分为(22.43±1.08)分,高于实施前的(17.73±1.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式在提高行政职能部门管理效能中具有较好的应用效果,通过结合行政职能部门的工作特点,制定一系列管理措施,旨在调动工作人员的工作积极性,大幅提升工作人员的工作能力,进而利于提升工作效率与管理效能,行政管理满意度较高。 Objective To explore the application effect of refined management mode in improving the management efficiency of administrative functional departments.Methods 25 administrative staff in the hospital from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,of which June 2018 to May 2019 was before the implementation of refined management,and June 2019 to July 2020 was after the implementation of refined management.Compared the administrative satisfaction,the enthusiasm of the administrative staff,the working ability of the administrative staff and the management effect of the administrative department before and after the implementation of the refined management.Results After the implementation,the administrative management satisfaction was 96.00%,higher than the 68.00%before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation,the administrative staff's work enthusiasm was higher than before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the work attitude,work efficiency,and work quality scores were(88.63±3.18)points,(89.17±1.12)points,and(94.09±2.17)points,all higher than(79.96±5.43)points,(82.68±2.39)points,(83.35±2.02)points before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation,the administrative function department’s management efficiency score was(22.43±1.08)points,which was higher than the pre-implementation(17.73±1.94)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined management model has a good application effect in improving the management efficiency of administrative functional departments.By combining the work characteristics of administrative functional departments,a series of management measures are formulated to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and greatly enhance the work competence of the staff,which in turn is conducive to improving work efficiency and management effectiveness,and higher administrative satisfaction.
