摘要
目的探析精神科临床护理教学中护生人文素养培养效果。方法以2018年7月—2020年6月在该院精神科实习的60名护生为研究对象,分为参照组与研究组。参照组30名护生予以常规临床带教,研究组30名护生予以人文素质与应用技能培养带教,对比两组带教前后人文素养状况、沟通技巧及带教满意度。结果相较于带教前,两组带教后文化素质、仪态仪表、道德素质评分明显升高,且研究组明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与带教前相比,两组带教后建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认患者问题、传递有效信息评分明显升高,且研究组明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于参照组,研究组带教满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神科临床护理教学中,应加强人文素质与应用技能培养,以此增强护生人文素养,提高护生沟通技巧,值得临床推荐应用。
Objective To explore the effect of cultivating humanistic literacy of nursing students in clinical nursing teaching of psychiatric department.Methods Sixty nursing students who were internships in the psychiatric department of the hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into reference group and study group.Thirty nursing students in the reference group were given regular clinical teaching,and 30 nursing students in the study group were given humanistic quality and application skills training.The two groups were compared before and after the teaching,communication skills and teaching satisfaction.Results Compared with the pre-teaching,the scores of cultural quality,manners and moral quality of the two groups were significantly higher after the teaching,and the study group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the pre-teaching,the two groups established a harmonious relationship,listened sharply,confirmed patient problems,and delivered effective information.The scores of the two groups were significantly higher after the teaching,and the study group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the study group had higher satisfaction with teaching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In psychiatric clinical nursing teaching,the cultivation of humanistic quality and application skills should be strengthened,so as to enhance the humanistic quality of nursing students and improve the communication skills of nursing students.It is worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
