摘要
目的对循证医学教育在消化内科临床带教中的应用价值进行探究。方法将2019年1月—2020年9月在该院消化内科实习的62名医学生纳入该次研究,采用随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,两组实习生均31名,分别对对照组与研究组实习生实施常规教学法、循症医学教学法,比较两组实习生带教效果。结果研究组实习生理论知识、临床技能操作、案例分析、科研能力评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生文献查阅能力、自学能力、思辨能力、沟通能力评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生带教能力、业务能力、教学方法、教学行为满意度评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学教学法在消化内科临床带教中具有较高应用价值,可提高实习生综合能力,提高实习生专科水平。
Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based medicine education in the clinical zone of gastroenterology.Methods Sixty-two medical students who had internships in the Department of Gastroenterology of the hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were included in this study.They were divided into the study group and the control group,by the random number table method,with 31 nursing interns in the each group.The control group and the study group were treated with conventional teaching methods and disease-based medicine teaching methods,respectively,to compare the teaching effects of the two groups of interns.Results The study group had higher scores on theoretical knowledge,clinical skills operation,case analysis,and scientific research ability.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had higher scores of literature review ability,self-study ability,thinking ability,and communication ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had higher scores of teaching ability satisfaction,professional ability satisfaction,teaching method satisfaction,and teaching behavior satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based medicine teaching method has higher application value in clinical teaching of gastroenterology,which can improve the comprehensive ability of interns and improve the professional level of interns.
