个性化带教模式在急诊科手术患者创口感染护理教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究个性化带教模式在急诊科手术患者创口感染护理教学中的应用价值。方法将2018年3月—2020年9月在该院急诊科实习的80名实习生作为研究对象,并以随机抽取的方式将其分为两组,即对照组和研究组,每组40名。对照组在研究过程中采用传统带教模式进行教学,研究组采用个性化带教模式对实习生进行教学,对两组实习生考核成绩以及带教满意度予以比较分析。结果研究组实习生基础操作、理论知识以及专科操作成绩均高于对照组,同时对照组实习生带教满意度显著低于研究组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化带教模式在急诊科手术患者创伤感染护理教学过程中发挥重要作用,不仅能够显著提升实习生考核成绩,而且有助于提高带教满意度,对培养高素质护理服务人才具有重要意义,值得在临床实践中广泛应用及推广。 Objective To explore the application value of personalized teaching mode in the nursing teaching of wound infection in emergency department surgery patients.Methods 80 interns who practiced in the emergency department of the hospital from March 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly selected them into two groups,namely the control group and the study group,40 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching mode to teach during the study,and the study group used the personalized teaching mode to teach interns,and the two groups of interns were compared and analyzed for their assessment results and teaching satisfaction.Results The basic operation,theoretical knowledge,and professional operation scores of the study group interns were higher than those of the control group.At the same time,the satisfaction degree of the interns in the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group.The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized teaching model plays an important role in the teaching process of trauma infection nursing in emergency department surgery patients.It can not only significantly improve the appraisal performance of interns,but also help to improve the satisfaction of teaching,which is of great significance to the training of high-quality nursing service personnel.It is worthy of being widely used and promoted in clinical practice.
