PBL教学结合标准化病人在神经内科临床教学中的运用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析基于问题学习模式(PBL)教学结合标准化病人在神经内科临床教学中的运用效果。方法选取该院2019年3月—2020年3月在神经内科实习的学生80名作为研究样本,随机分为对照组和研究组两组,每组学生40名。对照组学生依据以往常规教学方式进行实习,研究组在对照组学生基础之上采取PBL教学结合标准化病人教学方式,对两组学生的教学效果进行比较。结果和对照组相比,研究组理论考核、病例分析及体格检查评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组综合能力培养状况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对教学方式满意率较高,组间对比结果显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学结合标准化病人在神经内科临床教学中效果比较显著,能够明显减轻学习难度指数,改进学习态度,提高学生综合能力,具备推广和使用价值。 Objective To analyze the effect of problem based learning(PBL)teaching combined with standardized patients in clinical teaching of neurology.Methods 80 students who were internships in neurology in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research samples,and they were randomly divided into two groups,a control group and an study group,with 40 students in each group.The students in the control group practiced according to the conventional teaching methods in the past,and the study group adopted PBL teaching combined with standardized patient teaching methods on the basis of the control group students to compare the teaching effects of the two groups of students.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had higher scores in theoretical assessment,case analysis,and physical examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comprehensive ability training status of the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);data found that there are statistical differences;the students in the study group had a higher rate of satisfaction with the teaching method,and the comparison between the groups showed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching combined with standardized patients has a significant effect in clinical teaching of neurology.It can significantly reduce the learning difficulty index,improve learning attitudes,and improve students'comprehensive abilities.It has promotion and use value.
