摘要
目的探究慢病管理模式在实习带教中应用的效果。方法将该院2019年1月—2020年1月实习的80名实习生作为该次研究的研究对象,按照随机数字法均分为对照组和观察组,各40名实习生,对照组实习生通过常规模式进行教学,观察组实习生通过慢病管理模式进行教学,对两组实习生的各项能力评分以及理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩进行比较。结果观察组实习生的操作技能评分、健康教育评分、沟通能力评分、服务态度评分、生活护理评分分别为:(14.06±2.72)分、(14.26±2.13)分、(15.82±2.43)分、(16.52±2.19)分、(14.06±2.13)分,对照组实习生的操作技能评分、健康教育评分、沟通能力评分、服务态度评分、生活护理评分分别为:(12.14±2.21)分、(12.21±1.76)分、(13.46±2.05)分、(14.51±2.01)分、(12.01±1.98)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩分别为(86.93±10.03)分、(84.16±8.95)分,对照组实习生的理论考核成绩和实践考核成绩分别为(74.51±9.51)分、(74.81±7.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实习带教中实施慢病管理模式,实习生的各项技能得到明显的提升,值得推广以及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of chronic disease management model in practice teaching.Methods The 80 interns recruited from January 2019 to January 2020 in the hospital were used as the research objects of this study.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group and the observatin group,and each group consisted of 40 interns,the control group interns were taught through the conventional mode,and the observation group interns were taught through the chronic disease management mode,and the abilities of the two groups of interns were compared,as well as the theoretical and practical evaluation results.Results The operation skill score,health education score,communication ability score,service attitude score,and life care score of the interns in the observation group were(14.06±2.72)points,(14.26±2.13)points,(15.82±2.43)points,(16.52±2.19)points,(14.06±2.13)points,the operation skill score,health education score,communication ability score,service attitude score,and life care score of the interns in the control group were(12.14±2.21)points,(12.21±1.76)points,(13.46±2.05)points,(14.51±2.01)points,(12.01±1.98)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's interns'theoretical and practical assessment scores were respectively:(86.93±10.03)points and(84.16±8.95)points.The theoretical and practical evaluation scores of the interns in the control group were(74.51±9.51)points and(74.81±7.58)points respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the chronic disease management model in the internship teaching,the various skills of the interns have been significantly improved,which is worthy of promotion and application.
