儿科护理带教存在的问题与解决探究

摘要 实习是临床医护人员实现课堂和书本理论知识转化为实践能力的重要过程,在护理教育中属于重要组成部分。护生通过临床实践与学习将课堂中所学理论知识过度为实践操作,带教为结合学生理论和实践知识的重要纽带,护理临床带教质量同护生今后是否可胜任临床护理工作之间有密切关联。儿科护理工作具有难度大、对细节要求高等特征,同时患儿年龄较小,对医疗操作存在恐惧情绪,加之家属担忧患儿病情极易出现焦虑、急躁等情绪,加大儿科护理带教的难度。如何提升儿科护理带教质量以及护生的综合素养为护理教育者的重点关注问题。该文主要就儿科护理带教当中存在的问题以及解决措施展开综述。 Internship is an important process for clinical medical staff to realize the transformation of classroom and book theoretical knowledge into practical ability,and it is an important part of nursing education.Nursing students use clinical practice and learning to convert the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom into practical operations,and teaching is an important link that combines the students'theoretical and practical knowledge.There is a difference between the quality of nursing clinical teaching and whether the nursing students are competent in clinical nursing work in the future.Pediatric nursing work is characterized by high difficulty and high requirements for details.At the same time,the children are young and fearful of medical operations.In addition,family members worry that the child’s condition is prone to anxiety and irritability,making it more difficult to teach pediatric nursing.How to improve the quality of pediatric nursing teaching and the comprehensive quality of nursing students is a key concern of nursing educators.This article mainly summarizes the existing problems and solutions in pediatric nursing teaching.
