超长效埋植缓(控)释制剂在慢性病治疗中的应用

摘要 超长效埋植缓(控)释剂中所含的药物可经由皮下组织吸收进入血液循环,避免了口服药物所必经的肝脏首过效应而导致的药物分解,从而可减少用药剂量,同时减少药物副作用,并能更长时间维持恒定有效的药效及血药浓度。随着埋植缓(控)释剂的制备技术的发展,可生物降解型载体材料制作的缓释剂因可自行分解,无需手术取出,且安全、可靠,逐渐成为发展的主流;且出现了以钛合金为支架,功能更为复杂的皮下埋植缓释系统。本文重点阐述长效埋植缓释药物在治疗慢性病中的研究。 The drug contained in the ultra-long-acting implanted slow(controlled)release formulation can be absorbed into the blood circulation through the subcutaneous tissue,avoiding the decomposition of the drug caused by the first pass effect of the liver that the oral drug must pass through,thereby reducing the drug dose,and reduce the side effects of drugs,and can maintain a constant and effective drug effect and blood concentration for a longer time.With the development of the preparation technology of implanted slow(controlled)release agent,the slow release agent made of biodegradable carrier material can be decomposed by itself,does not need to be removed by surgery,and is safe and reliable,and has gradually become the mainstream of development and there has been a subcutaneous implanted slow-release system with more complex functions using titanium alloy as a stent.This article focuses on the study of long-acting implanted sustained-release drugs in the treatment of chronic diseases.
