癫痫是临床常见神经系统疾病之一,其发病机制复杂,目前尚未完全明确,临床治疗难度大。常规仍然是给予药物治疗,近年来手术、基因疗法、细胞移植及神经刺激等多种治疗方法也逐渐应用于临床,但仍然无特效治疗方法。深入了解癫痫发病机制,对促进癫痫临床治疗具有重要的意义。本文现对癫痫发病机制及治疗方法进行综述,旨在为癫痫的治疗提供理论参考。

Epilepsy is one of the common clinical neurological diseases,and its pathogenesis is complicated.It is not yet fully clarified,and clinical treatment is difficult.At present,drug treatment is still routinely given.In recent years,various treatment methods such as surgery,gene therapy,cell transplantation,and nerve stimulation have gradually been applied to the clinic,but there is still no specific treatment method.A thorough understanding of the pathogenesis of epilepsy is of great significance for promoting the clinical treatment of epilepsy.This article now reviews the pathogenesis and treatment of epilepsy.It aims to provide a theoretical reference for the treatment of epilepsy.
