摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松治疗仪联合经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的效果及对血清BGP、CTX-Ⅰ、TRACP-5b水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月~2021年1月我院收治的82例老年OVCF患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予PVP治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用骨质疏松治疗仪治疗,比较两组疗效、疼痛程度、功能障碍程度、椎体高度、Cobb角、骨密度及骨代谢生化指标。结果观察组总有效率为87.80%,高于对照组的68.29%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1个月VAS评分、ODI评分、Cobb、椎体高度、骨密度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清BGP水平高于对照组,CTX-Ⅰ、TRACP-5b水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松治疗仪联合PVP治疗老年OVCF的效果确切,可减轻患者疼痛与功能障碍程度,改善其骨代谢水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of osteoporosis treatment instrument combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF)and the effect on serum BGP,CTX-Ⅰ,TRACP-5b levels.Methods A total of 82 elderly OVCF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given PVP treatment,and the observation group was treated with an osteoporosis treatment instrument on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,pain degree,dysfunction degree,vertebral height,Cobb angle,bone density and bone metabolism biochemical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.80%,which was higher than 68.29%of the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score,ODI score,and Cobb angle of the observation group were reduced one month after treatment,and the vertebral body height and bone density were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);Serum BGP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CTX-I and TRACP-5b were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The osteoporosis treatment instrument combined with PVP has a definite effect in the treatment of elderly OVCF,which can reduce the degree of pain and dysfunction in patients,and improve bone metabolism.
