枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻免疫功能及炎性状态的影响

Effect of Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live Combined with Montmorillonite Powder on Immune Function and Inflammatory State of Children with Diarrhea

目的探究枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散对小儿腹泻免疫功能及炎性状态的影响。方法选取2019年2月~2021年2月我院儿科接诊的100例小儿腹泻病例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在其基础上联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清心肌酶指标[天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)]、免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)]、炎性状态指标[超敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、氨基酸水平[苏氨酸(THR)、蛋氨酸(MET)、组氨酸(HIS)]。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组ALT、AST、LDH、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。而IgA、IgG、THR、MET、HIS均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻疗效肯定,可有效缓解患儿的心肌损伤,增强其免疫功能,同时抑制炎症反应,有利于腹泻患儿营养状态的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live combined with montmorillonite powder on the immune function and inflammatory state of children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 pediatric diarrhea cases received in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live on the basis of treatment.The clinical efficacy,serum myocardial enzyme indexes[aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)],immune function indexes[immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)],inflammatory state indicators[hypersensitive-C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],amino acid levels[threonine(THR),methionine(MET),histidine(HIS)].Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups of ALT,AST,LDH,hs-CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αdecreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).IgA,IgG,THR,MET,HIS were all higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live and montmorillonite powder is effective in treating infantile diarrhea.It can effectively alleviate myocardial damage in children,enhance their immune function,and inhibit inflammation at the same time,which is conducive to improving the nutritional status of children with diarrhea.
