上皮性卵巢癌患者中叉头盒D1的表达水平及其临床意义

Expression of forkhead box D1 and its clinical significance in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer

目的研究上皮性卵巢癌(EOC)患者中叉头盒D1(FOXD1)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法选取65例EOC患者及28例卵巢良性疾病患者,应用实时定量聚合酶链反应(q RT-PCR)检测卵巢组织中FOXD1的表达水平。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析FOXD1表达水平对EOC的诊断价值,计算曲线下面积(AUC)。采用Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线,分析FOXD1对EOC患者预后的影响。结果 EOC患者中FOXD1表达水平明显高于卵巢良性疾病患者(P﹤0.01)。FOXD1表达水平诊断EOC的AUC为0.825(95%CI:0.730~0.921,P﹤0.01)。FOXD1高表达和低表达EOC患者的肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、血浆糖类抗原125(CA125)水平及淋巴结转移情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。生存分析结果显示,FOXD1低表达患者的总生存情况优于FOXD1高表达患者(P﹤0.05)。结论 FOXD1高表达在EOC患者中常见,可作为EOC的辅助诊断依据,并且FOXD1高表达与EOC患者预后不良相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of forkhead box D1(FOXD1)and its clinical significance in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Method A total of 65 patients with EOC and 28 patients with benign ovarian disease were selected.FOXD1 expression level in ovarian tissues were detected by using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of FOXD1 in diagnose of EOC,the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated.The survival curve was plotted by KaplanMeier method to analyze the impact of FOXD1 on the prognosis of EOC patients.Result The expression level of FOXD1 in EOC patients was significantly higher than that in patients with benign ovarian disease(P<0.01).The AUC of FOXD1 in diagnose of EOC was 0.825(95%CI:0.730-0.921,P<0.01).There were significant differences in tumor diameter,tumor differentiation,plasma carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)level and lymph node metastasis between EOC patients with high expression of FOXD1 and low expression of FOXD1(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that the overall survival of patients with low expression of FOXD1 was better than that of patients with high expression of FOXD1(P<0.05).Conclusion Up-regulation of FOXD1 is common in EOC patients,which means such an indicator could be used as an additional diagnosis term for EOC.Additionally,up-regulation of FOXD1 is related to the poor prognosis of EOC patients.
