2,4,6-三氯苯酚对污泥性能和菌群结构的影响

摘要 采用序批式生物反应器(SBR)处理2,4,6-三氯苯酚(2,4,6-TCP)模拟废水,考察了2,4,6-TCP对污泥性能和菌群结构的影响。实验结果表明:进水质量浓度为10 mg/L的2,4,6-TCP显著抑制污泥活性;随着运行时间的延长,污泥活性逐渐恢复,COD和2,4,6-TCP均可被有效降解;活性污泥中的微生物分泌了大量的胞外聚合物。污泥中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脱氢酶(DHA)活性显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在单个SBR周期的6.00 h达到最大值,而后随着有毒物质的降解,SOD活性降低。当SBR运行结束后,污泥中富集的优势菌属大都具有降解氯酚类污染物的能力。 The simulated wastewater containing 2,4,6-trichlorophenol(2,4,6-TCP)was treated using a sequencing batch bioreactor(SBR),and its effect on sludge performance and microbial community structure was investigated.The experimental results show that:The sludge activity is significantly inhibited by influent 2,4,6-TCP with10 mg/L of mass concentration;With the extension of running time,the sludge activity is gradually recovered and COD and 2,4,6-TCP are effectively degraded;the microbes in activated sludge secrete a lot of extracellular polymers.The activity of catalase(CAT)and dehydrogenase(DHA)in sludge significantly increases,while the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)reaches to the maximal value at the 6.00 h in single SBR cycleand thendecreases with the degradation of toxic substances.After the end of SBR operation,most of the dominant bacteria accumulated in sludge have the ability to degrade chlorophenol pollutants.
