摘要
胃癌是全球危害最严重的恶性肿瘤之一,转移是造成其高致死率的主要原因。鉴定出胃癌转移相关基因,有助于理解胃癌转移发展机制,从而为胃癌的预防和靶向治疗研究奠定实验基础。本文就利用动物模型筛选胃癌转移相关基因及基因功能鉴定方法的最新研究进展进行综述,重点比较了不同转移模型的特征和体内体外评估转移相关基因功能的方法,以期为胃癌转移机制研究和筛选新的治疗靶点提供实验工具。
Gastric cancer is one of the most serious malignant tumors worldwide,and metastasis is the main cause of its high mortality.The identification of genes related to gastric cancer metastasis could help to understand the developmental mechanism of gastric cancer,which will provide a foundation for the prevention and targeted therapy of gastric cancer.In this paper,we review the latest research progress in the use of animal models to screen gastric cancer metastasis-related genes and to study gene function identification method.We focus on the characteristics of different metastasis models and the method for evaluating metastasis-related gene function in vitro and in vivo.This review aims to present the ideal experimental tools for the study of the mechanism of gastric cancer metastasis and the screening of new therapeutic targets.
