神经营养血管皮瓣术对手部组织损伤患者创面愈合优良率的影响

Effect of neurovascular flap on the excellent and good rate of wound healing in patients with hand tissue injury

目的:探讨神经营养血管皮瓣术对手部组织损伤患者创面愈合优良率的影响。方法:选择2015年4月~2020年5月手部组织损伤患者82例进行研究,根据治疗方案分为观察组、对照组,每组各41例。对照组给予指动脉皮瓣术,观察组实施皮神经营养血管皮瓣术,对两组治疗前后创面愈合优良率进行比较。结果:术后1个月、术后2个月、术后3个月观察组VAS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合优良率为92.68%,较对照组的73.17%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月复查观察组MHQ评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经营养血管皮瓣术用于手部组织损伤患者临床治疗中,不仅能提高创面愈合优良率,减少患者疼痛程度,还能促进手部功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of neurovascular flap on the excellent and good rate of wound healing in patients with hand tissue injury.Method 82 patients with hand tissue injury in our hospital from April 2015 to may 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment plan,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with digital artery flap,and the observation group was treated with neurocutaneous vascular flap.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after operation(P<0.05);The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the treatment group was 92.68%,which was higher than 73.17%in the control group(P<0.05);6 months after operation,the MHQ score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of neurovascular flap in the clinical treatment of patients with hand tissue injury can not only improve the excellent and good rate of wound healing,reduce the degree of pain,but also promote the recovery of hand function,which is worthy of promotion.
