老年糖尿病足患者应用COX健康行为互动模式的效果

The effect of COX health behavior interaction model in elderly patients with diabetic foot

目的:探究COX健康行为互动模式用于老年糖尿病足患者的干预效果。方法:选取老年糖尿病足患者168例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各84例。对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施COX健康行为互动模式干预,对比两组无能为力感、疾病认知度及自护能力。结果:观察组干预后糖尿病足溃疡无能为力感总评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后疾病认知度总评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后自护能力总评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COX健康行为互动模式干预可有效改善老年糖尿病足患者无能为力感,提升疾病认知度与自护能力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of COX health behavior interaction model in elderly patients with diabetic foot.Method 168 elderly patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,84 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the observation group was given COX health behavior interaction model intervention.The powerlessness,disease awareness and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of powerlessness of diabetic foot ulcer in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of disease recognition in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of self-care ability in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of COX health behavior interaction model can effectively improve the sense of powerlessness of elderly patients with diabetic foot,enhance disease awareness and self-care ability,which is worthy of promotion.
