办学满意度和心理弹性与职业本科学生学习投入的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究办学满意度、心理弹性和职业本科学生学习投入的关系。方法:采用自编职业本科办学满意度问卷、心理弹性量表和学习投入量表,通过分层抽样的方式对广西城市职业大学第一届接受职业本科教育学生进行问卷调查。结果:职业本科学校办学满意度、心理弹性和学习投入间存在显著正相关,心理弹性在办学满意度和学生学习投入间中介效应影响占总效应的13.5%。结论:办学满意度通过心理弹性对职业本科学校在校生学习投入产生影响。
