摘要
本文利用常规气象资料、新一代天气雷达、卫星等探测资料,分析总结2020年9月17日天气形势和消雨作业经验,结果表明:受高空低槽东移、两高间切边线、地面较强冷空气和副高阻挡共同影响,配合高能高湿、较强上升运动及地面辐合线使此次甘孜州降水范围广、持续时间长。人工消雨作业使得保护区降水提前停止,保证了庆典活动顺利开展,利用预报和人工影响天气手段可提高应对突发事件的气象保障能力。
Based on conventional meteo-rological data, new generation weather radar and satellite data, this paper analyzes and summarizes the weather situation on September 17, 2020 and the experience of rain elimination operation. The results show that: affected by the eastward movement of high altitude trough, the tangential line between two high altitudes, the strong cold air on the ground and the obstruction of subtropical high, combined with high energy, high humidity, high temperature and high humidity, the high altitude trough and the high altitude trough will move eastward Strong upward movement and surface convergence line make the precipitation in Ganzi Prefecture have a wide range and a long duration. The artificial rain elimination operation makes the precipitation stop ahead of time in the reserve, which ensures the smooth development of the celebration activities. The use of forecast and weather modification can improve the meteorological support ability to deal with emergencies.
