地理信息系统(GIS)在国土空间规划中的应用研究

Research on the Application of GIS in Territorial Space Planning

国土空间是国民生存的场所和环境,包括陆地、陆上水域、内水、领海、领空等。国土空间的规划是在目前国土空间的现状之上对环境资源的承载力和开发力等深入了解,而进行的科学合理的规划设计,其目的是为了能够通过科学合理的规划实现国有土地的协调发展和高效运用,从而促进社会和国家的可持续性发展战略目标。以地理信息系统(GIS)在国土空间规划中的应用研究为框架,分别从我国国土空间规划公众参与中存在的问题分析、土地利用总体规划的实际需求和GIS在国土空间规划中的应用等方面进行深入研究,希望能够切实提升我国国土空间的可应用性,为我国以后的发展夯实基础。

Territorial space is the place and environment where people live,including land,land waters,internal waters,territorial waters,and airspace.Land and space planning is a scientific and reasonable planning and design based on the current status of the land and space to understand the carrying capacity and development capacity of environmental resources.The purpose is to realize the coordination of state-owned land through scientific and reasonable planning.Development and efficient use,so as to promote the sustainable development of society and the country’s strategic goals.Based on the research on the application of geographic information system(GIS)in land and space planning,this paper analyzes the problems existing in public participation in land and space planning in my country,the actual needs of land use planning and the application of GIS in land and space planning,etc.In-depth research is carried out,hoping to effectively improve the applicability of my country’s territorial space and lay a solid foundation for my country’s future development.
