毒死蜱与4种杀虫剂混用对家蚕的联合毒性 被引量:1

摘要 毒死蜱是一种应用广泛的有机磷类杀虫剂杀螨剂,也是防治桑树害虫的重要品种之一。在我国,毒死蜱与其他杀虫剂混用现象非常普遍。为明确毒死蜱与不同杀虫剂混用对家蚕的联合毒性,采用浸叶法分别测定了毒死蜱与溴氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和虫酰肼4种杀虫剂混用对家蚕的急性毒性。结果表明;毒死蜱+溴氰菊酯、毒死蜱+高效氯氟氰菊酯、毒死蜱+甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、毒死蜱+虫酰肼不同配比混合物对家蚕的LC50值分别为0.021~0.035、0.022~0.058、0.010~0.032、0.983~1.627 mg/L,与毒死蜱单剂(LC50值为1.934 mg/L)相比,混用对家蚕的毒性显著提高,其联合毒性属于剧毒或高毒;4种混合物对家蚕的共毒系数分别为153.69~176.92、138.44~264.74、148.16~318.68、153.65~231.71,联合作用效果均表现为增效作用。鉴于毒死蜱与溴氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和虫酰肼混用对家蚕具有很强的急性毒性,存在高危害风险,因此毒死蜱不适合在桑园使用。 Chlorpyrifos is a widely used organophosphorus insecticide acaricide,and it is also one of the important varieties to control mulberry pests.In China,chlorpyrifos mixed with other insecticides is very common.The acute toxicity of chlorpyrifos mixed with deltamethrin,beta Cypermethrin,emamectin benzoate and tebufenozide to silkworm was determined by leaf dipping method.The results showed that the LC50 values of the mixtures of chlorpyrifos+deltamethrin,chlorpyrifos+beta Cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos+emamectin benzoate,chlorpyrifos+tebufenozide were 0.021~0.035,0.022~0.058,0.010~0.032,0.983~1.627 mg/L,respectively.Compared with chlorpyrifos single dose(LC50 value was 1.934 mg/L),the toxicity of the mixture was significantly increased,Its combined toxicity is highly toxic or highly toxic;The CO toxicity coefficients of the four mixtures were 153.69~176.92,138.44~264.74,148.16~318.68 and 153.65~231.71,respectively.The combined effects were synergistic.Because the mixture of chlorpyrifos with deltamethrin,beta cyhalothrin,emamectin benzoate and tebufenozide has strong acute toxicity to silkworm and high risk of harm,it is not suitable for use in mulberry garden.
