摘要
为揭示等轴组织的TC17合金在β相区变形时的组织演变规律,在910℃、940℃和970℃3个不同温度及0、10%、20%、40%、60%和80%不同应变量下进行等温恒应变速率压缩试验。结果表明,TC17合金在β相区变形不存在明显的流变软化现象;高应变速率与低应变速率均不存在明显的不连续屈服现象。应变速率为0.1~1s~(-1)时有利于动态再结晶的发生;应变速率为0.001~0.01s~(-1)时,不发生动态再结晶;应变速率为10s~(-1),变形量低于40%时不发生动态再结晶。在910~970℃范围内,变形温度越高、变形量越高,再结晶越充分。
Constant strain rate isothermal compression inβphase region of TC17 alloy was employed to investigate the evolution of initial duplex microstructure.The deformation temperatures were arranged from 910℃to 970℃with an interval of 30℃,the height reductions were 0,10%,20%,40%,60%and 80%.The results show that there is no obvious flow-softening phenomenon inβphase region and discontinuous yielding phenomenon at high and low strain rate.The strain rate range of 0.1–1s–1 is beneficial for dynamic recrystallization,while the strain rate ranged from 0.001s–1 to 0.1s–1,no dynamic recrystallization occurs.The higher the deformation temperature and the height reduction inβphase region,the more sufficient the dynamic recrystallization is.
