摘要
以石墨毡为基体材料,采用乙醇-水合肼体系和含有铁、锰离子的溶液制备了一种改性石墨毡阴极材料。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析、X射线光电子能谱分析和接触角仪对改性前后石墨毡进行了表征。并采用改性石墨毡为阴极的电Fenton体系降解罗丹明B染料废水。结果表明,改性后阴极还原产生H_(2)O_(2)的效率明显提高,在电流密度为24mA/cm^(2),曝气量为120mL/min,初始pH为3.3的条件下,反应120min后,改性石墨毡CF-3电Fenton体系中H_(2)O_(2)的累积量达到180.3mg/L,较未改性石墨毡提高了41.7%。改性石墨毡阴极电Fenton法氧化降解RhB的效果显著,反应120min后RhB的降解率为97.9%。
A modified graphite felt cathode material was prepared by using ethanol/hydrazine hydrate system and solution containing iron and manganese ions,and the graphite felt as the basis material.The modified graphite felt was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and contact-angle instrument.The electro-Fenton system with modified graphite felt as the cathode was used to degrade Rhodamine B dye wastewater.The results showed that,the efficiency of cathode reduction to produce H_(2)O_(2) was significantly improved after modification,under the conditions of current density was 24 mA/cm^(2),aeration rate was 120 mL/min and initial pH was 3.3,the cumulative amount of hydrogen peroxide in the modified graphite felt CF-3 electric-Fenton system reached 180.3 mg/L after 120 min,which was 41.7%higher than that in the unmodified CF-0 system.The modified graphite felt cathode electro-Fenton method had a significant effect on the degradation of RhB.The degradation rate of RhB was 97.9%after 120 minutes of reaction.
