摘要
针对山东某城镇污水处理厂进水氨氮、TN浓度偏高,季节性出水氨氮、TN超标、反硝化碳源投加量大、能耗高、污泥沉积严重的现状,将奥贝尔氧化沟改造成AAO工艺,末段设置好氧2/消氧区,封堵拆除转碟洞口提高生化池有效容积、将转碟表曝改为微孔曝气、增设潜水推流器。改造后实际运行表明,该厂处理出水水质各项达标均优于城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)的一级A标准,处理吨水电耗下降了25%,反硝化脱氮碳源投加量降低了40%,生化系统剩余污泥产生量减少了15%,达到了提标节能降耗的目标。
There are some problems at municipal sewage treatment plants in Shan Dong including high concentration of ammonia nitrogen and TN of the influent water,seasonal variations of ammonia nitrogen,the over proof of TN,high dosing quantity of carbon source for denitrification,high energy consumption and sludge deposit.Some effective measures can optimize them.The Orbal oxidation ditch would be transformed into AAO process.It would set 2-oxic/anoxic system in terminal segment.Blocking off or dismantling hole of rotary table improved effective volume of biochemical pond.The surface aeration of rotary table was transformed into microporous aeration and added submerged propellers.The practical operation result shows that each quota of the treated water all met the class a demands of"discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB18918-2002).What's more,the energy consumption in processing each ton of waste water reduced by 25%,carbon source for denitrification reduced by 40%,and the amount of the residual sludge in biochemical system reduced by 15%,which all met the goal of raising standards,saving energy and reducing energy consumption.
