摘要
A new representation of Yangian for sl(2)is obtained from e(3)algebra.For the given rational solution of the quantum Yang-Baxter equation the algebraic relations of the transfer matrix is discussed and a new transfer matrix related to Chaplygin-Goryachev top are constructed in terms of the generators of Yangian.
