摘要
目的探讨新入职护士培训中四步骤全周期培训模式的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年6月新入职护士成立常规组,均接受常规培训;选择2019年1月至2019年6月新入职护士成立观察组,均接受四步骤全周期培训。观察两组培训效果。结果观察组培训方法、教学能力、培训满意水平均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组考核结果显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在新入职护士培训中应用四步骤全周期培训模式可明显提升培训效果,强化新入职人员专业素养。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the four-step full-cycle training mode in new nurse training.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2018,new nurses were selected to set up a routine group,and all received routine training.The new nurses from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected to set up a observation group,and all of them received four-step full-cycle training.Observe the training effect of the two groups.Results:The training method,teaching ability and training satisfaction level of the observation group were significantly better than the routine group(P<0.05).The results of the observation group were significantly better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the four-step full-cycle training mode in the new induction nurse training can significantly improve the training effect and strengthen the professionalism of new recruits.
