保妇康栓联合不同药物治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床对比

Clinical comparison of Baofukang suppository combined with different drugs in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的观察保妇康栓联合不同药物治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院门诊治疗的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者140例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,每组各70例。两组均给予保妇康栓治疗,其中对照组联合氟康唑治疗,观察组则联合氟康唑及克霉唑治疗。比较两组临床总有效率及症状改善情况,记录复发率。结果观察组总有效率为92.86%,显著高于对照组的78.57%,P<0.05。治疗前,两组临床症状评分无明显差异,P>0.05;经治疗,观察组临床症状评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组复发率为2.86%,显著低于对照组的14.29%,P<0.05。结论对外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者采用保妇康栓联合氟康唑及克霉唑治疗临床效果明显,可改善患者临床症状,降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined with different drugs in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods:A total of 140 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Baofukang suppository.The control group was treated with fluconazole,and the observation group was treated with fluconazole and clotrimazole.Compare the total clinical effectiveness and symptom improvement between the two groups,and record the recurrence rate.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.86%,significantly lower than that of the control group,14.29%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Baofukang suppository combined with fluconazole and clotrimazole in the treatment of patients with vulvovaginal candida disease is obvious,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
