中性粒细胞、血小板与淋巴细胞比值及淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值在中晚期宫颈鳞癌患者中的表达分析

摘要 目的探讨中性粒细胞、血小板与淋巴细胞比值及淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值在中晚期宫颈鳞癌患者中的表达分析。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的72例宫颈鳞癌患者的临床资料,根据国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)标准分为Ⅰa~Ⅱa期(早期)(31例)与Ⅱb~Ⅳb期(中晚期)(41例),另选取同期体检的30例健康者为对照组。对比三组研究对象的中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)及淋巴细胞与单核细胞(LMR)比值水平差异。结果Ⅱb~Ⅳb期患者的NLR、PLR值明显高于Ⅰa~Ⅱa期患者和对照组,且Ⅰa~Ⅱa期患者的NLR、PLR值高于对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅱb~Ⅳb期患者LNR明显低于Ⅰa~Ⅱa期患者和对照组,且Ⅰa~Ⅱa期患者的LNR值低于对照组,差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈鳞癌患者在病情发展变化过程中,随着病情加重NLR、PLR以及LNR会发生变化,NLR、PLR值会随着病情的加重而升高,而LNR值会随着病情的加重而降低,可为患者病情判断及治疗提供相关依据。
