肿瘤化疗患者行舒适护理对其不良反应及负性情绪的影响

The effect of comfort nursing on the adverse reactions and negative emotions of tumor chemotherapy patients

目的分析肿瘤化疗患者行舒适护理对其不良反应及负性情绪的影响。方法研究时段2019年2月至2020年4月;研究对象本院收治的肿瘤化疗患者74例;分组随机数字表分为研究组(n=37)与对照组(n=37)。对照组基础护理,研究组舒适护理。比较两种护理方法患者的不良反应、护理前后焦虑抑郁情绪。结果研究组恶心、呕吐发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肿瘤化疗过程中产生的不良反应,本院采取舒适护理,对改善恶心呕吐效果显著。同时,提高了患者护理舒适性,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comfort care on the adverse reactions and negative emotions of cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods:Research period:February 2019 to April 2020;Research objects:74 cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital;Grouping:Random number table is divided into research group(n=37)and control group(n=37).Basic care in the control group and comfort care in the study group.The adverse reactions,anxiety and depression of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two nursing methods.Results:The incidence of nausea and vomiting in the study was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In view of the adverse reactions caused by tumor chemotherapy,our hospital adopts comfortable care,which has a significant effect on improving nausea and vomiting.At the same time,it improves the comfort of patient care,relieves bad emotions,and improves the quality of life.
