租房类型对农民工社会融合的影响研究——基于流出地依赖的中介效应检验

The Effect of House-Renting Type on Migrant Workers’Social Integration:An Intermediary Mechanism Analysis Based on the Outflow-Area Reliance

租房作为农民工当前最重要的住房供给来源,对农民工在流入地的社会融合具有重要影响,关系着我国新型城镇化进程和高质量发展。不同租房类型对农民工社会融合产生不同的影响:第一,社会租房更有利于促进农民工社会融合,单位租房对农民工社会融合的影响显著为负,政府租房对社会融合的影响不显著,稳健性检验依然支持上述结论。第二,分样本研究发现,单位租房对劳动密集型行业的农民工的社会融合负效应更大。特大城市的政府租房对农民工社会融合的影响显著为正,而大城市的政府租房影响显著为负。政府租房相比合租式社会租房更能促进农民工社会融合。第三,机制分析显示,农民工的流出地依赖在租房类型影响农民工社会融合过程中具有中介作用。

As the most important source of housing supply for migrant workers at present,rental housing has a significant impact on the social integration of migrant workers in their destination areas,and is related to the process of new urbanization and high-quality development in China.Different rental types have different impacts on the social integration of migrant workers.First,social rental is more conducive to promoting the social integration of migrant workers.The impact of unit rental on the social integration of migrant workers is significantly negative,while the impact of government rental on the social integration is not significant.Second,the sample study finds that the negative effect of unit rental on the social integration of migrant workers in labor-intensive industries is greater.The impact of government rental on the social integration of migrant workers in megacities is significantly positive,while the impact of government rental in big cities is significantly negative.Government rental can promote the social integration of migrant workers more than shared rental.Thirdly,the mechanism analysis shows that the outflow place dependence of migrant workers plays a mediating role in the process of social integration of migrant workers affected by rental types.
