摘要 “低慢小”飞行器由于缺乏有效技术手段进行监控,对国家安全和社会安全产生许多负面影响。本项目主要方法是通过雷达进行“低慢小”飞行器的探测;通过光学视频系统进行目标锁定;以及确定具体三维坐标以后的反制。通过部署和测试,本研究所研制的监视雷达具有较优异的低慢小目标探测性能,且已经完成产品定型及部分站点的试装,具备较为真实的实测效果及用户反馈。 Due to the lack of effective technical means for monitoring,"Low slow small"aircraft has many negative effects on national security and social security.The main method of this project is to detect"low slow small"aircraft by radar,then to lock the target through optical video system and to counter after determining the specific three-dimensional coordinates.Through deployment and testing,the surveillance radar developed by this research institute has excellent detection performance of low slow small targets,and has completed the trial installation of some stations of product finalization base,which has more real measurement effect and user feedback.
