浅谈O形密封圈管理

O形密封件的合理选型对其性能和使用寿命起着重要作用。作者结合长期从事液压润滑设备管理积累的经验与体会,介绍了O形密封圈的压缩率、拉伸量、接触宽度的设计、选用原则,及其关于密封性能和使用寿命的重要性;介绍了国标和行标对O形密封圈的尺寸公差、外观缺陷、性能的要求,指出O形密封圈备件质量问题;作者结合O形密封圈常见的失效案例,提出关于O形密封圈管理的方案,减少设备漏油故障。

The reasonable selection of o-ring plays an important role in its performance and service life.Combined with the experience accumulated in the management of hydraulic lubrication equipment for a long time,the author introduces the design and selection principles of compression ratio,stretching amount and contact width of O-ring,as well as the importance of sealing performance and service life.This paper introduces the requirements of national standard and industrial standard for the dimensional tolerance,appearance defect and performance of O-ring,and points out the quality problems of spare parts of O-ring.Combined with the common failure cases of O-ring,the author puts forward the management scheme of O-ring to reduce the oil leakage of equipment.
