摘要
该文通过对二位五通电磁阀工作原理分析,搭建了数学模型和仿真模型,仿真分析了二位五通电磁阀实际开关响应时间,根据分析结果定性分析了影响因素对响应时间的影响趋势,提出了优化参数方案,通过实物验证,得到结果是开关响应时间均大幅缩短,取到了较好的效果。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the two-position five-way solenoid valve,this paper builds a mathematical model and a simulation model.The simulation analyzes the actual switching response time of the two-position five-way solenoid valve,and qualitatively analyzes the influence of influencing factors on the response time based on the analysis results According to the trend,an optimized parameter scheme is proposed.Through the simulation of the optimized scheme,the result is that the switch response time is greatly shortened,and good results are obtained.
