摘要
为了探究沙漠砂混凝土的应力-应变关系,开展了不同水胶比和沙漠砂取代率下的10组单轴棱柱体受压试验,分析其破坏特征及过程,探究不同因素对棱柱体强度、弹性模量、峰值应力及峰值应变的影响。结果表明:在混凝土强度和性能方面,沙漠砂取代率为20%和30%时差别不大,从经济角度出发,取30%的掺量为佳;弹性模量与极限应变随着沙漠砂取代率的增大先增大后减小。最后对应力-应变曲线进行无量纲化曲线拟合,拟合效果与实测结果吻合度较高。
In order to explore the stress-strain relationship of desert sand concrete,10 uniaxial prisms under different water-binder ratios and desert sand substitution rates were subjected to compression experiments.The failure characteristics and process of prisms were analyzed,and the effects of different factors on the strength,elastic modulus,peak stress and peak strain of prisms were investigated.The results show that in terms of concrete strength and performance,when the replacement rate of desert sand was 20%and 30%,the difference is not significant.From the economic point of view,30%is a suitable content.The elastic modulus and ultimate strain firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of sand substitution rate.Finally,dimensionless curve fitting was carried out,which was in good agreement with the measured results.
