基于精细化有限元的端板连接高强螺栓疲劳寿命分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究螺栓力学性能对疲劳寿命的影响,采用轴心“拉-拉”常幅疲劳试验、精细化有限元ABAQUS应力集中分析和Fe-Safe疲劳仿真模拟,拟合了应力-循环次数曲线(S-N曲线),并结合试验与模拟数据对比8.8级和10.9级高强度螺栓的疲劳性能。结果表明:对比试验结果与国家相关标准,8.8级和10.9级高强度螺栓2×106次循环对应的允许名义应力幅分别为标准建议值的1.42倍和2.10倍,标准建议值具有较大的安全储备;数值模拟高强度螺栓应力集中位置与大多数螺栓试件断裂位置基本吻合;螺栓力学性能对其疲劳性能影响明显,疲劳试验/仿真模拟所得10.9级高强度螺栓2×106次循环对应的允许名义应力幅为8.8级高强度螺栓对应值的1.48倍/1.12倍。 In order to study the influence of mechanical properties of bolts on fatigue life,the axial“tension-tension”constant amplitude fatigue test,refined finite element ABAQUS stress concentration analysis and Fe-Safe fatigue simulation were used to fit the stress cycles curve(S-N curve).And the fatigue performance of high-strength bolts with 8.8 and 10.9 grade were compared with the test and simulation data.The results show that the fatigue strength of high-strength bolt for 8.8 and 10.9 grade of 2×106 times is 1.42 and 2.10 times that of the recommended value respectively by comparing the test result with the recommended values in the national standards.And the standard recommended value has greater safety reserve.The stress concentration position of numerically simulated high-strength bolts is basically consistent with the fracture positions of most bolt specimens;Fatigue test and simulation results of 10.9 grade high-strength bolts 2×106 cycles corresponding to allowable nominal stress amplitude are 1.48 and 1.12 times that of 8.8 grade high-strength bolts respectively.
