摘要
以劳动教育相关概念为切入点,探源劳动教育蕴含的概念及理论基础,在深入调研基础上,厘清了高职生劳动观现状及当前劳动教育实践现状,从社会、学校、家庭、学生自身四个层面分析成因。高职院校劳动教育推进策略在于把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程,充分挖掘劳动教育育人功能,持续深化产教融合赋能劳动教育等七方面推进劳动教育全面提升。
Based on the relevant concepts of labor education,this paper explores the concepts and theoretical basis of labor education,and clarifies the status quo of labor view of higher vocational students and the current status quo of labor education practicewith in-depth researches,and analyzes the causes from the four levels of society,school,family and students themselves.The promotion strategy of labor education inhigher vocational colleges is to bring labor education into the whole process of talent training,fully excavate the function of labor education,continuously deepen the integration of industry and education,and empower labor education,for the comprehensive improvement of labor education.
