高职院校教师党支部建设创新发展研究

高校党建工作作为党的建设不可分割的一部分,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的一个根本保证,能够为学校工作提供精神动力以及组织保障。专业建设是一所大学的灵魂,直接关系到学校的长远发展,进一步将二者相互融合,促使二者联动发展,以党建创新促专业发展,以专业发展树党建品牌,促使党建与专业建设优势互补,相辅相成。文章以全国党建工作样板支部建设为载体,以“专业建设、校企合作、课程建设、科技服务、技能大赛”为抓手,促进党建与专业协同发展。

As an integral part of party building,the party building work in colleges and universities is a fundamental guarantee for running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics,and can provide spiritual motivation and organizational guarantee for the work of colleges and universities.Major construction is the soul of a university,directly related to the long-term development of the school,which should be further integrated and developed.The professional developmentshould be promoted bythe innovation of party building,and the brand of party buildingshould be raised by the professional development,to coordinate and complement each other.This paper promotesthe coordinated development of Party building and majors by takingthe model branch construction of national Party building work as the carrier and"major construction,school-enterprise cooperation,course construction,science and technology service,skill competition"as the starting point.
