基于共生理论的区域科技成果转化推进策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家科技政策的不断优化,区域科技成果转化程度逐渐成为一个地区知识产权产业化水平和科技创新发展的重要指标,也是落实创新驱动发展战略的重要抓手。基于管理学和经济学原理,借鉴生物学领域中的共生理论,以创新的视角对区域科技成果转化进行了深入分析。首先,建立了共生理论视角下区域科技成果转化共生单元、共生基质、共生环境、共生界面和共生模式的概念模型;其次,结合目前现状,基于共生理论深度剖析了区域科技成果转化中存在的五大问题与困境;最后,从概念模型的各主体的相互作用出发,提出了四项推进策略。 With the continuous adjustment of national policies,the transformation degree of regional scientific and technological achievements has gradually become an important indicator of the level of intellectual property industrialization and the development of scientific and technological innovation in a region,and also an important starting point for implementing the innovation driven development strategy.Based on the principles of management and economics and the symbiosis theory in the field of biology,this paper analyzes the transformation of regional scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of innovation.This paper,firstly,establishes the conceptual model of symbiotic unit,symbiotic matrix,symbiotic environment,symbiotic interface and symbiotic mode of regional scientific and technological achievements transformation from the perspective of symbiotic theory;secondly,combined with the current situation,analyzes the five problems and dilemmas existing in the transformation of regional scientific and technological achievements based on the symbiosis theory;finally,proposes four promotion strategies from the interaction of the main body of the conceptual model.
