This paper analyzed the hazards of common heavy metals in agricultural products,introduced the heavy metal limit standards,and proposed preventive measures against heavy metal hazards,including environmental protection,control and elimination of pollution sources,the adoption of agricultural ecological engineering measures,and the improvement of dietary structure and so on,in order to provide references for improving the quality and safety level of agricultural products.
