莫桑比克食用菌产业发展探讨

摘要 通过在莫桑比克马普托开展食用菌调查发现,当地由于饮食文化、气候环境、技术条件、基础设施等方面的原因,该国食用菌的研究还处于空白阶段。为了研究食用菌在莫桑比克的人工培养,笔者走访当地科研机构、各大市场、荒郊野外调查了解食用菌发展情况,以及选择原料,通过若干次试验示范,成功培养出平菇,说明在当地可以发展食用菌产业,为推进莫桑比克食用菌产业的发展提供了参考。 Through the survey of edible fungi in Maputo,Mozambique,it was found that the research on edible fungi in the country was still at a blank stage due to local food culture,climate,technical conditions and infrastructure.In order to study the artificial cultivation of edible fungi in Mozambique,the author visited local scientific research institutions,major markets,and wilderness to investigate and understand the development of edible fungi and selected raw materials.Through several tests and demonstrations,Pleurotus ostreatus had been successfully cultivated,indicating that the local edible fungus industry could be developed,which provided references for the promotion of development of the edible fungus industry in Mozambique.
