摘要
抑郁症是一组常见的精神心理疾病,抑郁症患者不仅存在心情低落、注意力差等行为问题,其大脑的结构和功能也存在一定的变化,正念认知疗法能够减轻抑郁症状和预防抑郁症的复发,其机制主要体现在提高注意力、调节情绪、减少反刍,其影像学证据也表明通过相关区域的连接增强或者减弱达到预期效果。
Depression is a common group of mental and psychological diseases.Depression patients not only have behavioral problems such as low mood and poor attention,but also have certain changes in the structure and function of their brains.Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy can reduce depression symptoms and prevent.The relapse and other effects of depression are mainly manifested in improving attention,regulating mood,and reducing rumination.The imaging evidence also shows that the connection of related areas is strengthened or weakened to achieve the desired effect.
