改良早期预警评分在急诊预检分诊中的应用

The application of modified early warning scores in the emergency pre-examination and triage

目的:比较改良早期预警评分与常规预检分诊在急诊分诊准确率、患者就诊时间及患者满意度的差别。方法:选取2019年1月至6月在我院急诊科应用常规预检分诊法评估的380例急诊患者为对照组,选取2019年7月至12月在我院急诊科应用改良早期预警评分法评估的420例急诊患者为干预组。对比两种评分法的急诊分诊准确率、患者就诊时间及患者满意度。结果:对照组分诊准确率(83.68%)低于干预组分诊准确率(90.48%),对照组患者就诊时间为(9.23±9.04)min长于干预组(7.18±6.95)min,对照组患者满意度(86.84%)低于干预组患者满意度(95.24%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良早期预警评分法可提高急诊分诊准确率及患者满意度,缩短患者就诊时间。

Objective:To explore the differences between the modified early warning scores(MEWS)and the routine pre-examination and triage in the accuracy of diagnosis of pre-examination,the waiting time and the satisfaction.Meth⁃ods:From January to June 2019,in the emergency department of the hospital,380 emergency patients were included as the control group and these patients were evaluated with the routine pre-examination and triage.From July to December 2019,420 emergency patients were selected as the intervention group who were evaluated with the MEWS.The accuracy of emergency triage,the waiting time and the satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The accuracy of triage in control group(83.68%)was significantly lower than that in intervention group(90.48%),the waiting time of the control group(9.23±9.04)min was significantly longer than those in the intervention group(7.18±6.95)min,the satisfaction of patients in the control group(86.84%)was lower than that in the intervention group(95.24%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MEWS which can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of pre-examination and the patients'satisfaction,reduce the patients'waiting time.
