PET/MRI显像在前列腺癌中的诊治研究进展 被引量:6

New Progress of PET/MRI Imaging in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Prostate Cancer

摘要 前列腺癌(PCa)逐渐成为影响我国老年男性健康的主要疾病之一,目前检查方法包括血清前列腺特异抗原、直肠指诊、超声、CT、MRI,上述检查对PCa的评估存在一定的局限。正电子发射断层扫描(PET)成像对评估PCa具有一定的优势,尤其对远处转移和生化复发。诸多研究探索了PET/CT在PCa中的应用,随着PET/MRI一体机的增多,其在PCa中的应用越来越多。本文拟对目前PET/MRI显像在PCa的初诊、分期、生化复发等中的应用,以及其与PET/CT、多参数MRI比较进行综述。 Prostate cancer has gradually become one of the most main diseases affecting the health of elderly men in China.Current testing methods include serum prostate specific antigen,digital rectal examination,ultrasound,CT and MRI,which have some limitations in evaluating prostate cancer.Positron emission tomography(PET)imaging has advantages in the evaluation of prostate cancer,especially for distant metastasis and biochemical recurrence.Many previous studies have explored the use of PET/CT in prostate cancer.With the increase of PET/MRI all-in-one machine,the application of prostate cancer is sharply increasing.In this paper,the application of PET/MRI imaging in preliminary diagnosis,staging and biochemical recurrence of prostate and the comparison with PET/CT and multiparameter MRI were reviewed.
