摘要
对某四缸汽油发动机排气歧管-催化器总成在台架上出现的“出气端锥与尾管连接处断裂”的问题进行原因分析并制定解决对策。结合仿真和实验的数据,最终确定了失效的根本原因为台架的搭建形式导致排气歧管—催化器总成振动量超标。随后制定出有效的台架搭建改善方案,降低了排气歧管—催化器总成在试验过程中的振动量,解决了排气歧管-催化器总成在台架上断裂失效的问题。
The causes of the problem of"fracture at the connection between the exhaust cone and the tail tube"on the bench of a fourcylinder gasoline engine exhaust manifold and catalytic converter assembly are analyzed and the countermeasures are formulated.Combined with the data of simulation and experiment,it is determined that the fundamental reason of the failure is that the vibration quantity of exhaust manifold—catalytic converter assembly exceeds the standard caused by the frame construction.After that we developed effective design solution,the vibration of exhaust manifolds and catalytic converters assembly in the test process is reduced,and the problem of the exhaust manifolds and catalytic converters assembly breaking on the bench is solved.
