摘要 针对我国节能减排的发展战略,直喷汽油机需要更加灵活准确的气门控制机构。凸轮驱动式液压可变气门机构可以降低泵气损失、实现米勒循环和提高燃烧效率,具有较好的应用前景。本文介绍一种凸轮驱动式电液可变气门机构的特点及其工作模式,并对比分析了应用不同配气机构的发动机在动力性和经济性的表现,可以得出:采用凸轮驱动式液压可变气门机构的发动机在此方面具有明显优势。 In view of the development strategy of energy saving and emission reduction in China more flexible and accurate valve control mechanism is needed for direct injection gasoline engines.Because the cam-driven hydraulic variable valve mechanism could reduce the pumping loss,realize Miller combustion cycle and improve the thermal efficiency,it has a good application prospect.In this paper,a cam-driven electro-hydraulic variable valve mechanism and its working mode were introduced,and the power and fuel economic performance of engines with the different valve mechanisms are compared and analyzed,the conclusion shows that the engine with VVA have significant advantages in this aspect.
