摘要
应用AVL-BOOST软件,建立气体发动机的工作过程计算模型,模拟气体发动机的工作要求。据此进行模拟计算和分析,模拟计算了不同过量空气系数、点火提前角、进气温度等可变条件下气体发动机增压器匹配、NO_(x)排放、涡前温度、热效率、热平衡等综合性能,获得了气体发动机开发过程中的基础热力学数据。评估了气体发动机现有结构下性能提升方案的可行性,获取的排温限制线、NO_(x)排放限制线、压力升高率限制线、热平衡参数、增压器性能等为气体发动机的使用提供了参考,并为气体发动机的优化改进提供了参考方向。
This paper established the working process model of the gas engine by applying AVL-BOOST software simulated the engine work requirements.The comprehensive performance of gas engine turbocharge performance matching,NO_(x) emission,temperature in front of turbine,thermal efficiency,energy balance under variable conditions such as different excess-air coefficient,ignition advance angle and intake temperature are simulated and calculated which obtained the basic thermodynamics data of the gas engine development process.The feasibility of the performance improvement scheme under the existing structure of the gas engine is evaluated to obtain exhaust temperature limit line NO_(x) emission limit line pressure rise rate limit line energy balance turbocharge performance which provide a reference for the use developed design and optimization of gas engine.
