某型燃气发电机组飞轮螺栓断裂故障的分析及解决

摘要 针对某型燃气发电机组飞轮螺栓多次断裂故障,运用扭振、振动测试及分析方法确定轴系匹配不合理导致共振是故障发生的主要原因。为消除故障,根据现场实际情况,调整减振器数量改善轴系匹配状态,完成后进行了扭振和振动复测,共振现象基本消除,振动情况也得到有效改善,满足要求。 For a certain type of gas generator set flywheel bolt fracture failure operating torsional vibration,vibration testing and analysis methods determined that unreasonable shaft matching was the main cause of the failure.In order to eliminate the fault,according to the actual situation of the site,adjust the number of shock absorbers to change the matching state of shaft system.After completion,the torsional vibration and vibration retest were carried out.The resonance phenomenon was basically eliminated,and the vibration situation was effectively improved to meet the requirements.
