摘要
本文通过对某型柴油机气阀断裂后运动件的受力分析,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS气阀、活塞、连杆及曲轴进行受力分析,来模拟分析在气阀断裂后,整个柴油机运动部分的受力情况,进而确认柴油机的零部件的安全状态。
This paper analyzes the force of the moving parts of a diesel engine after the gas valve is broken,and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the force of the air valve,piston,connecting rod and crankshaft,simulates and analyzes the force of the whole moving part of the diesel engine after the gas valve is broken,so as to confirm the safety state of the diesel engine parts.
